Obituary
Susan B. Kozak, nee Alperin, 77, beloved wife of Martin for 48 wonderful years; loving mother of Bradley Kozak (Natalia Migal) and Scott (Tracy) Kozak; cherished grandma of Makary, Lydia, Theo and Sasha; devoted daughter of the late Jennifer and Norman Alperin and daughter-in-law of the late Hilda Kozak Pearlman; treasured sister, aunt, cousin and friend of many. Susan was proud to be a member of Hadassah Chicago-North Shore, Sheridan Shores Rotary Club, Valley Lo Club, Woman’s Club of Wilmette, Goldenaires of the North Shore Senior Center, Illinois Retired Teachers Association and S.O.R.E. (Skokie Organization of Retired Educators). Synagogue service Wednesday 9:30 AM at Am Yisrael Congregation, 4 Happ Road, Northfield. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
